1. Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping rate of £3.65 for all orders within the UK.

Shipping charges will be added to your order total at checkout.

2. Shipping Time

We aim to process and ship all orders on the same day if they are received before midday (12:00 PM GMT).

Orders received after midday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Responsibility for Shipment and Delivery

  • Our responsibility for your order extends only until the goods have been dispatched.
  • Each order will be provided with a Royal Mail 2nd Class reference number. Please note that detailed tracking will only be available once Royal Mail has attempted delivery.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to make enquiries with the delivery service provider, using the provided reference number, in cases of non-delivery.
