Return and Refund Eligibility

30-Day Return Policy: You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@ecodenta.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please email us at hello@ecodenta.co.uk or call us at +44 1223 941613 to notify us of your intention to return the product.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In the very unlikely event of a lost parcel, a statement from the courier is required (obtained by the buyer) confirming that the parcel has been lost. Once this has been provided to us, please allow up to 3 working days for us to process a full refund.

Exclusions

Products that have been used or altered.

Products not in their original packaging or in non-resalable condition.

Any item not returned within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@ecodenta.co.uk.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
